Early validation findings, conference submissions and presentations from SpinTecx.
Our first product, MRIQA RadOnc Phantom QA, is in validation. Clinical QA remains research only; MRIQA Radiology is in development.

“Preliminary external-site evaluation of MRIQA RadOnc Phantom QA Solution using GHead and ACR at 1.5 T”
UCLA: GHead 3D geometry measurements and ACR scanner/sequence assessment in a complementary phantom workflow.
With vendor 3D distortion correction enabled, GHead P95 distortion was 0.50 mm versus 1.24 mm with correction disabled in the 8 October session.
Preliminary findings; submission is not acceptance or clinical validation.

“Preliminary validation of MRIQA Radiology using phantom and volunteer scans on two 3T systems”
McMaster collaboration: ACR phantom and three-volunteer evaluation of repeatability and responses to controlled protocol changes. Repeat-scan SNR proxies differed by 1–3%. Increasing acceleration from 2 to 3 lowered SNR proxies by 14–18%; increasing bandwidth from 195 to 244 Hz/pixel lowered CNR proxies by 6–11%.
In the ACR phantom, a +150 Hz frequency offset produced 1.11–1.13 mm displacement, compared with about 1.20 mm predicted. These preliminary, single-session findings use reconstruction-dependent proxies; prescan and filter differences limit interpretation. Successful optimization has not yet been established.

Ali Fatemi presented “MRIQA: Physics-Guided AI for MRI Quality and Quantitative Imaging”, sharing how physics-guided analysis can support MRI quality assessment and protocol optimization.
Six additional sites have expressed interest in evaluating MRIQA RadOnc Phantom QA. Participation is being coordinated with each team.
We provide scanning instructions tailored to the scanner, coil and clinical sequences, then work alongside the site’s physics team to review findings and plan repeat-scan verification.
See how we present findings, interpretation limits and proposed next steps. These are reformatted excerpts of preliminary UCLA reports. Phantom QA is in validation; Clinical QA is research only.
